This document is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. These rules mandate the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing or using the domain name [www.okhealthcare.co.in] (“Website”), including the associated mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). The Platform is owned by Realrichlife Online Shopee Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The registered office is located at Bari Khanjarpur, Navin Ganguli Road, Bhagalpur – 812001, Bihar, India, with branch offices on the Ground Floor, Bari Khanjarpur, Navin Ganguli Road, Bhagalpur – 812001, Bihar, India (hereinafter referred to as "okhealthcare"). Your use of the Platform, along with its services and tools, is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), as well as the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. When you conduct transactions on the Platform, you are subject to the policies relevant to those transactions. By using the Platform, you are entering into a contract with Realrichlife Online Shopee Private Limited. These terms and conditions, including the associated policies, constitute your binding obligations with okhealthcare.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "You" or "User" refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering as a Registered User using computer systems. okhealthcare allows Users to browse the Platform and make purchases without registering. The terms "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Realrichlife Online Shopee Private Limited.
ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By implicitly or explicitly accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by okhealthcare's policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy available at Privacy) as they may be amended from time to time.

Membership Eligibility Transactions on the Platform are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals deemed "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18, you may use the Platform or access its content only with the supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. If, as a minor, you wish to transact on the Platform, such transactions must be made by your legal guardian or parent. okhealthcare reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or deny you access to the Platform if it is discovered that you are under 18 years old and are transacting on the Platform.

Your Account and Registration Obligations If you use the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms of Use, we have the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platform and refuse to provide you with access. Your mobile phone number and/or email address is treated as your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are kept up to date on the Platform at all times. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your mobile phone number or email address by updating this information on the Platform through a one-time password verification. You agree that okhealthcare shall not be liable for any activities or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of information associated with your account, especially if you have failed to update your revised mobile phone number and/or email address on the Platform.

If you share or grant access to your account on the Platform ("Account") with others, whether by creating separate profiles under your Account or through other means, they will be able to view and access your Account information. You are solely liable and responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, as well as any resulting consequences thereof. You are required to maintain confidentiality of your account information and remain responsible for all activities conducted under your account. It is prohibited to share your login details, including your username and password, with any other person, as this would constitute a breach of these Terms of Use. You agree to: (a) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session; and (b) promptly notify okhealthcare of any unauthorized use of your account. If there is reason to believe that there may be a breach of security or misuse of your account, we may request you to change your password or suspend your account without any liability to okhealthcare, for a period we consider appropriate under the circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. You will have access to other apps owned by okhealthcare group companies using the same login username and password. You agree to use a single login for accessing all apps owned by okhealthcare group companies.

When you use the Platform or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records. You consent to receive communications periodically and as required via electronic records from us. We may communicate with you via email or through any other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Platform for Transactions and Communication The Platform facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. okhealthcare is not and cannot be a party to or control any transaction between users of the Platform in any manner.

Henceforth:

1. All commercial and contractual terms are solely offered by and agreed upon between buyers and sellers. These terms include, but are not limited to, price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery dates, delivery periods and modes, warranties related to products and services, and after-sales services. okhealthcare does not have any control over, does not determine, does not advise, and does not involve itself in any way in the offering or acceptance of such commercial and contractual terms between buyers and sellers. All discounts and offers (including exchange offers) are provided by the seller/brand and not by okhealthcare.
2. When a buyer places an order with a seller on the Platform, it constitutes an offer by the buyer to purchase the product(s) from the seller, and should not be construed as the seller's acceptance of the buyer's offer. The seller reserves the right to cancel any such order placed by the buyer at its sole discretion, and the buyer will be notified of such cancellation via email or SMS. In case of cancellation by the seller, any transaction price paid by the buyer will be refunded to them. Additionally, the seller may cancel an order if the quantities ordered exceed typical individual consumption. This applies to both the number of products ordered within a single order and the placement of multiple orders for the same product where the individual orders collectively exceed a typical individual consumption quantity. The determination of what constitutes a typical individual consumption limit will be based on various factors, at the sole discretion of the seller, and may vary from person to person.

3. okhealthcare does not provide any representation or warranty regarding the specifics (such as quality, value, salability, etc.) of the products or services offered for sale or purchased on the Platform. okhealthcare neither implicitly nor explicitly supports or endorses the sale or purchase of any products or services on the Platform. okhealthcare assumes no liability for any errors or omissions, whether they occur on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
4. okhealthcare is not liable for any non-performance or breach of contract between buyers and sellers on the Platform. okhealthcare cannot guarantee that buyers and/or sellers will fulfill their obligations in any transaction conducted on the Platform. okhealthcare is not obligated to mediate or resolve any disputes or disagreements between buyers and sellers.
5. okhealthcare does not provide any representation or warranty regarding the specific details (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) of any of its users. It is recommended that you independently verify the credibility of any user you choose to engage with on the Platform and exercise your best judgment in such matters.
6. At no point during any transaction between a buyer and seller on the Platform does okhealthcare come into possession of any products or services offered by the seller. okhealthcare also does not acquire title to or have any rights or claims over the products or services offered by the seller to the buyer.
7. okhealthcare shall not hold any right, title, or interest over the products, nor shall it have any obligations or liabilities concerning contracts entered into between buyers and sellers. okhealthcare is not accountable for unsatisfactory or delayed service performance, or for damages or delays arising from products that are out of stock, unavailable, or back-ordered.
8. The Platform serves solely as a medium for users to access a wider audience for buying and selling products or services. okhealthcare provides a communication platform, and it is understood that any contract for the sale of products or services is strictly a bilateral agreement between the seller and the buyer.

okhealthcare does not hold any right, title, or interest over the products, nor does it bear any obligations or liabilities regarding such contracts. okhealthcare is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed service performance, damages, or delays caused by products that are out of stock, unavailable, or on backorder.
Certain products offered by sellers may qualify for business purchases on the Platform.

1. Upon your purchase of products eligible for business purchases, you may avail the benefits of GST input tax credit. At your request, the seller(s) selling such products will issue an invoice (Tax Invoice) containing the GSTIN provided by you. The GST invoice will include details such as:

o GSTIN associated with your registered business, as provided by you
o Entity name of your registered business, as provided by you Not all products are eligible for business purchases on the Platform, and this is solely at the discretion of the sellers. You can check the eligibility for a Tax Invoice on the product page on the Platform.

Purchases on the Platform must be for end consumption only. Users must not use products purchased on the Platform for any commercial, promotional, resale, or further distribution purposes.

For seamless availing of input tax credit, please mention the delivery address as the registered place of business as per the records of the GST authority. Note that the availment of input tax credit is subject to provisions of the GST Act and rules. The delivery and billing addresses must be the same. Input tax credit may be denied by the GST authority if the delivery address and GSTIN in the GST invoice are from different states.

If GSTIN and/or business entity details are not provided by you, it will be presumed that it is a personal purchase and not a business purchase. okhealthcare is not responsible for verifying the correctness of the GSTIN and/or entity name provided by you. You are entirely responsible for providing accurate details. okhealthcare and the seller will not entertain any requests for revision in the GST Invoice. They will not be liable for any defaults on your part, including issues related to details provided by you.
okhealthcare will not be liable if you are unable to avail input tax credit or if it is denied to you for any reason whatsoever.
You are solely liable for all compliances required under applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold okhealthcare and the seller harmless from all losses, claims, costs, expenses, suits, proceedings, or any other liability, including any third-party claims (including penalties imposed by governmental authorities), arising from:
1. The GSTIN and/or entity name provided by you or the input tax credit claimed by you or your use or misuse of the GST Invoice,
2. Your non-compliance with applicable laws,
3. Your use or misuse of any third-party details, including GSTIN.
okhealthcare reserves the right to deny business purchases on the Platform if fraudulent activity is identified.

The seller reserves the right to not issue a Tax Invoice or to issue a credit note against an already issued Tax Invoice to cancel the transaction if any fraudulent activity is identified.

2. You are responsible for independently agreeing upon the manner, terms, and conditions of delivery, payment, insurance, etc., with the seller(s) you transact with. Disclaimer: Prices displayed on the Platform for any product(s) may be due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information published by the seller. In such cases, the seller may cancel your order(s).
1. You release and indemnify okhealthcare, its officers, and representatives from any costs, damages, liabilities, or other consequences resulting from actions by users of the Platform. You specifically waive any claims you may have under applicable law in this regard. Despite okhealthcare's reasonable efforts, it cannot assume responsibility or control over information provided by other users on the Platform. Information from other users may be offensive, harmful, inconsistent, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please exercise caution and conduct safe transactions when using the Platform. Please note that there are risks involved in dealing with underage persons or individuals acting under false pretenses.

Charges
okhealthcare may impose a nominal fee for browsing and purchasing on the Platform. okhealthcare retains the right to modify its Fee Policy periodically. Specifically, okhealthcare may, at its discretion, introduce new services or fees, and amend or establish fees for some or all existing services offered on the Platform. In such instances, okhealthcare reserves the right to implement fees for new services or revise fees for existing or new services as deemed appropriate. Changes to the Fee Policy will be published on the Platform and will automatically take effect immediately upon posting. Unless otherwise specified, all fees will be quoted in Indian Rupees. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those in India, regarding payments to Realrichlife Online Shopee Private Limited. Use of the Platform
You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information on the Platform which: (a) belongs to another person and you do not have any right to; (b) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986; (c) is misleading in any way; (d) is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; (e) harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (f) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"; (g) promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous; (h) infringes upon or violates any third party's rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address, or phone number) or rights of publicity]; (i) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work (see "Copyright complaint" below for instructions on how to lodge a complaint about uploaded copyrighted material), such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, or providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices; (j) contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); (k) provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone; (l) provides instructional information about illegal activities, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; (m) contains videos, photographs, or images of another person (whether minor or adult) without their express consent; (n) attempts to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Platform or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend requests, or other areas of the Platform, or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; (o) engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" products related to the Platform. Throughout these Terms of Use, "our prior written consent" means communication from our Legal Department, specifically in response to your request, and addressing the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization;

(p) solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which we, in our sole discretion, believe is or could be construed as being illegal; (q) interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the Platform or with the use and enjoyment of similar services by any other individual; (r) refers to any Platform or URL that, in our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Platform or any other Platform, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use; (s) harms minors in any way; (t) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy, or is fraudulent or involves the sale of counterfeit or stolen products; (u) violates any law currently in force; (v) deceives or misleads the addressee/users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature; (w) impersonates another person; (x) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource, or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish the value of, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; (y) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence, prevents the investigation of any offence, or insults any other nation; (z) is false, inaccurate, or misleading; (aa) directly or indirectly offers, attempts to offer, trades, or attempts to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation, or guideline currently in force; (ab) creates liability for us or causes us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our internet service providers ("ISPs") or other suppliers;

1. You agree not to use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider", or any other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform or its Content. You also agree not to reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or its Content, or to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform. We reserve the right to block any such activity.

2. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or feature of the Platform, or to any other systems or networks connected to the Platform, or to any server, computer, network, or service offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password "mining", or any other unauthorized means.

3. You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Platform or any network connected to the Platform. You shall not engage in reverse look-up, trace, or attempt to trace any information of any other User of the Platform or visitor to the Platform, or any other customer, including any account not owned by You, to its source, or exploit the Platform or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Platform, in any manner that reveals any information other than Your own, including but not limited to personal identification or information provided by the Platform.

4. You agree not to make any negative, denigrating, or defamatory statements or comments about us, our brand names, or domain names, including terms such as okhealthcare, okhealthcare.co.in, or engage in any conduct that could tarnish the image or reputation of okhealthcare or sellers on the platform. You also agree not to tarnish or dilute any of okhealthcare's trade or service marks, trade names, or good will associated with such marks or names owned or used by us. Additionally, you agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Platform or okhealthcare's systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to okhealthcare.

5. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any transaction being conducted on the Platform, or with any other person's use of the Platform.

6. You agree not to forge headers or manipulate identifiers in any way to disguise the origin of any message or transmission you send to us through the Platform or any service offered on it. You may not pretend to be, or falsely represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.
7. You agree not to use the Platform or any content for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not solicit the performance of illegal activities or any other activities that infringe upon the rights of okhealthcare and/or others.
8. You must always ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder, as applicable and as amended from time to time. Additionally, you must comply with all applicable domestic laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to any Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in force, as well as international laws, foreign exchange laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations (including Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding your use of our service, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of products or services. You are prohibited from engaging in any transaction involving an item or service that is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law, including exchange control laws or regulations currently in force.

9. Solely to enable Us to use the information You supply Us with, so that we are not violating any rights You might have in Your Information, You agree to grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights or any other rights You have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. We will only use Your information in accordance with the

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to use of the Platform.
10. Periodically, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the products or services you intend to sell. You commit to ensuring that all such information is truthful and precise. You must refrain from exaggerating or overstating the attributes of these products or services in a manner that could mislead other users.
11. You are prohibited from engaging in advertising or solicitation of other users of the Platform to buy or sell any products or services, including those related to those displayed on the Platform or related to us. Sending chain letters or unsolicited commercial or junk emails to other users via the Platform is strictly prohibited. It is a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to another person without our prior explicit consent. To protect our users from such activities, we reserve the right to limit the number of messages or emails a user may send to other users within any 24-hour period, as deemed appropriate in our sole discretion. You acknowledge that we may disclose any information, including the identity of persons providing information or materials on the Platform, as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or valid governmental request. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing information in connection with investigations into alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity, or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. Additionally, we may (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials if, in our sole discretion, we believe such disclosure is necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of potential crimes, particularly those involving personal injury.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor the materials posted on the Platform. okhealthcare retains the right to remove or edit any content that, in our sole discretion, violates or is alleged to violate any applicable law or the spirit or letter of these Terms of Use. Despite this right, YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST ON THE PLATFORM AND IN YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES. Please note that such content posted does not necessarily reflect the views of okhealthcare. Under no circumstances shall okhealthcare assume or accept any responsibility or liability for any content posted or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of content and/or appearance of content on the Platform. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all content you provide, including all information contained therein, and that such content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libellous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.
1. Your interactions or transactions with advertisers found on or through the Platform, including payment and delivery of products or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such transactions, are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such interactions or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Platform.
2. There is a possibility that other users, including unauthorized users or "hackers," may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Platform, and you may inadvertently be exposed to such content. Additionally, others may obtain personal information about you through your use of the Platform, and such information could potentially be used to harass or harm you. While we do not condone such unauthorized uses, by using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the misuse of any personal information that you publicly disclose or share with others on the Platform. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider the type of information you choose to disclose or share publicly on the Platform.
3. okhealthcare reserves the right to take appropriate action and seek damages for any involvement or participation, whether intentional or unintentional, by yourself or through groups of people, in DoS/DDoS (Denial of Service or Distributed Denial of Service) attacks.
4. If you choose to utilize the voice command-based shopping feature on the Platform, you acknowledge that okhealthcare and/or its affiliates will collect, store, and utilize your voice inputs for customizing your experience, enhancing functionality, and improving okhealthcare’s and/or its affiliates’ products and services. Your voice data usage by okhealthcare and/or its affiliates will adhere to the okhealthcare Privacy Policy. Your access to this feature is limited to the territory of the Republic of India. Availability may vary depending on device compatibility and requires an active internet connection. okhealthcare reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or terminate this feature or any part thereof at its discretion and without prior notice. Your continued use of this feature indicates your acceptance of its associated terms and conditions.

5. Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi, and Assamese translation features provided on the Platform are offered for convenience only, on a reasonable effort basis by okhealthcare, without any express or implied warranties. This includes no guarantees regarding You acknowledge and agree that the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, the error-free nature, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the translations.

When utilizing the translation feature, you have the option to input delivery addresses in your chosen language among the featured languages. These addresses will be transliterated into English for order processing, handling, and fulfillment on the Platform. okhealthcare explicitly disclaims any liability arising from or related to these translation/transliteration features on the Platform. Certain features and sections of the Platform may not be available in the language selected by you [Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi, and Assamese], and the English version will be considered definitive in such cases. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the translated terms and the English version available on the Platform, the English version shall prevail. Please note that this feature may not be accessible on certain devices. okhealthcare reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or terminate this feature or any part thereof at any time without prior notice to you.

All content, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork ("Content") on the Platform, is third-party user-generated content, and okhealthcare acts solely as an intermediary under these Terms of Use. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, no part of the Platform or any Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, platform, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise, without okhealthcare's prior written consent. You may use information about the products and services made available on the Platform for download, provided that you: (1) retain all proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes and do not copy or broadcast it on any networked computer or media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Payment
While using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly by you due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon between you and your bank,
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of the transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made for purchases/services on the Platform must be in Indian Rupees, which are acceptable in the Republic of India. The Platform will not facilitate transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the Platform.
Before shipping/delivering your order, the seller may request supporting documents (such as government-issued ID and address proof) to verify ownership of the payment instrument used for your purchase. This is done to ensure a secure online shopping environment for our users.
Additionally:

1. Transactions, transaction prices, and all commercial terms such as delivery and dispatch of products/services are governed by a principal-to-principal contractual relationship between the buyer and seller. The payment facility provided is merely used to facilitate the completion of the transaction. okhealthcare is not liable or responsible for non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breach of warranties, non-provision of after-sales or warranty services, or fraud related to products and/or services listed on the Platform.
2. By accepting these Terms of Use, you authorize okhealthcare or its service providers to electronically collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments or the transaction price through the Payment Facility to and from other users in respect of transactions on the okhealthcare Platform. Your relationship with okhealthcare is on a principal-to-principal basis, and okhealthcare acts as an independent contractor for all purposes. okhealthcare does not control or assume liability for the products or services listed on its Platform that are paid for using the Payment Facility. okhealthcare does not guarantee the identity of any user nor ensure that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.
3. You acknowledge that the payment facility provided by okhealthcare is not a banking or financial service but merely an electronic, automated online electronic payment, cash on delivery collection, and remittance facility for transactions on the okhealthcare Platform using authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. okhealthcare does not act as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction or the transaction price.
1. As a Buyer, when you initiate a transaction on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Seller to purchase products and/or services using the Payment Facility. You agree to pay the Transaction Price to the Seller through your Issuing Bank using the Payment Facility.
2. You, as a Buyer, may electronically agree with the Seller to extend or increase the dispatch and/or delivery time using the automated features provided by the Payment Facility. Any such extension or variation of the Transaction must comply with the Payment Facility Rules and Policies.
3. As a Buyer, you must promptly notify the Payment Facility through the appropriate okhealthcare Platform features immediately upon delivery or non-delivery within the specified time period as outlined in the Policies. Failure to notify the Delivery or non-Delivery within the specified time period will be deemed as Delivery in respect to that Transaction. For Cash-on-Delivery transactions, confirmation of receipt of products or services by the Buyer is not required.
4. You, as a Buyer, have the right to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as your sole and exclusive remedy) if you do not receive the Delivery within the agreed time period or within the time period specified in the Policies, whichever is earlier. Failure to raise a refund claim using Platform features within the stipulated time will make you ineligible for a refund.
5. You understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain categories of products and/or services and/or Transactions as specified in the Policies. Consequently, you may not be entitled to a refund for Transactions involving those products and/or services.
6. Except for Cash on Delivery transactions, any refund due will be made to the same Issuing Bank from where the Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform as chosen by you.
7. For Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds, if applicable, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
8. Refunds will be processed only in Indian Rupees and will be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
9. For electronic payments, refunds will be processed through payment facilities using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
10. Refunds may be supported for select banks. If your bank does not support processing refunds, you will be required to provide alternate bank account details for refund processing.
11. Refunds are conditional and subject to okhealthcare's recourse in case of misuse by the Buyer.
12. okhealthcare may request additional documents from you for verification purposes.
13. Refunds are subject to compliance with okhealthcare's Policies.
14. okhealthcare reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price that it may receive from an individual Valid Credit/Debit/Cash Card/Valid Bank Account or any other financial instrument through payment aggregators or any such facility authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. okhealthcare also reserves the right to refuse processing Transactions that exceed such limits.
15. okhealthcare reserves the right to refuse processing Transactions by Buyers with a history of questionable charges, breach of agreements with okhealthcare, violation of any law, charges imposed by the Issuing Bank, or breach of any policy.
16. okhealthcare may conduct checks as it deems appropriate before approving receipt of payment from the Buyer or commitment to pay (for Cash on Delivery transactions) the Transaction Price. If okhealthcare is not satisfied with the Buyer's creditworthiness, genuineness of the Transaction, or for other reasons at its discretion, okhealthcare may reject receipt of payment or commitment to pay the Transaction Price. The 'Cash on Delivery' feature may be disabled for certain account users at the sole discretion of okhealthcare.

17. okhealthcare may delay notifying payment confirmation (i.e., informing the Seller to dispatch) if it suspects fraudulent activity or high transaction volumes by the Buyer to ensure the safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. Additionally, okhealthcare may hold the Transaction Price and may not inform the Seller to dispatch or remit the Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding it to the Buyer) at the request of law enforcement officials or if the Buyer is engaged in illegal activities. 18. The Buyer and Seller acknowledge that okhealthcare will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims, etc., resulting from non-processing or delay in processing a Transaction or Transaction Price beyond okhealthcare's control. Compliance with Laws: 1. In accordance with applicable law, if a Customer makes a purchase equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000.00/- on the Platform, they must upload a scanned copy of their PAN card within 4 days of making the purchase. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the Customer's order. The PAN card submission requirement is a one-time obligation; if the Customer has already submitted their PAN card, they do not need to do so again. Orders will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the Customer's name and the name on the PAN Card. 2. Both Buyers and Sellers are obligated to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and the rules and notifications issued thereunder, the Exchange Control Manual as issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time, the Customs Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and its associated rules, the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and its rules, the Income Tax Act, 1961 and its rules, and the Export Import Policy of the Government of India. These laws apply to both the use of the Payment Facility and the okhealthcare Platform by Buyers and Sellers respectively. Buyer's arrangement with Issuing Bank:

1. All valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company. 2. All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

Customer Conduct Terms:

A) okhealthcare upholds principles of diversity, inclusion, equity, and safeguards individuals engaged with us as delivery partners from discrimination based on factors such as race, social origin, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion or belief, age, or any other protected characteristic. B) okhealthcare strictly prohibits discrimination against delivery partners under any circumstances, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, religion, caste, place of origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

C) We retain the right to restrict or deny Your access to the Platform at Our sole discretion if Your conduct towards any delivery partner working with okhealthcare is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful in any manner. D) You are expected to interact with all delivery partners with courtesy and respect at all times.

okhealthcare's Replacement Guarantee aims to support Buyers who encounter issues with products purchased from qualified sellers on the Platform. The return policy period (okhealthcare's Replacement Guarantee) varies depending on the product category and the seller. Please refer to this link to understand the applicable return policy period for different categories.

If a defect is discovered either at the time of delivery or within the specified return policy period, the buyer may request a replacement of the product under the following terms and conditions:

1. Notify the seller of any defects in the product(s) either upon delivery or within the applicable return policy period to initiate the replacement process.
2. Replacement may cover either the entire product(s) or specific part(s), subject to availability with the seller. Products falling under the following categories are generally not eligible for return or replacement: • Damages resulting from misuse of the product. • Incidental damages caused by product malfunction. • Consumable items that have been used or installed. • Products lacking tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers. • Digital products/services. • Damages or defects not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. • Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box and manufacturer's packaging where applicable, along with all originally included items. • Jewelry items that are 'made to order' at the customer's request.

Clothing and Footwear Exchange Policy
Qualified sellers accept exchanges within 30 days under the following conditions: • Clothes and footwear must not be used (except for trial), altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. • Original tags and packaging must be intact. For items in branded packaging, the box must remain undamaged. • Returns are not applicable for 'Made to Order' jewelry, innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc. • Damaged, defective, or 'Not as described' products in the Lifestyle category (including clothing and footwear) are covered by the 30-Day Replacement Guarantee. If okhealthcare suspects or is aware of any buyer or seller involved in activities intended to provide false or misleading claims or information, okhealthcare reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings. okhealthcare may also, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the Display Name of such buyers and sellers, and disqualify them from this program. Customers blocked for suspicious or fraudulent activity on okhealthcare will not be allowed to return their products. okhealthcare reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against any user who files invalid or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. Additionally, okhealthcare may, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the Display Name (and related Display Names) of such users and disqualify them from this program. Anyone who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive files a fraudulent complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Exchange Offers By participating in the exchange, I confirm that I am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the specified device. I confirm that the device I am exchanging under the buyback program is genuine, not counterfeit, free from any encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange, or any Agreement of Sale, and that I have clear ownership of the said device. I agree to indemnify and keep indemnifying okhealthcare.co.in and any future buyer of the device against all or any third-party claims, demands, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, which may be suffered, incurred, undergone, and/or sustained by okhealthcare.co.in, its affiliates, or any future buyer due to the usage of the device by me up to the present date, and I undertake to make good any such claims. I confirm that all data on the said device will be erased before handing it over under the buyback program. I also acknowledge that if any data remains accessible due to any technical reason, okhealthcare.co.in, the seller, or the manufacturer shall not be responsible, and I will not approach okhealthcare.co.in for any data retrieval. I consent to my personal information provided in connection with this buyback program being processed, transferred, and retained by the retailer and other entities involved in managing the program for the purposes of validating my information and administering the program. I understand that once a device is sent by me to okhealthcare, it cannot be returned to me under any circumstances. I understand that the new device delivery and the old device pickup will occur simultaneously, and I will have the old device ready for exchange. Products distributed as gifts from state-sponsored or NGO-funded distribution programs are not accepted for exchange under exchange offers. Digital Content: okhealthcare Video 1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of okhealthcare Video, an online over-the-top platform providing users with live and/or on-demand audio and video content across various genres. This content may be offered by either okhealthcare or third-party content providers (collectively referred to as the "Content"). 2. As regards third party audio-video content generated by third parties (such content, the " Third Party Content" and such content providers, the " Content Owners"), the Platform offers you such Third Party Content by providing hosting services to Content Owners displaying their content and/or by allowing their content to be viewed by you on the Platform by integrating services and application of other audio-video hosting, caching and/or streaming service or infrastructure providers (" Platform Partners") who may have content procurement arrangements with the Content Owners The Platform may also provide content which is commissioned by okhealthcare and/or is procured by okhealthcare either under a license or copyright agreement (such content, " okhealthcare Originals"). 7. Content will consist of either okhealthcare Originals or Third Party Content. Content Owners and/or Platform Partners will provide Third Party Content. Regarding all news content, which is also Third Party Content provided through Platform Partners, okhealthcare's role is strictly limited to providing a uniform resource locator (URL) or a web address for users to access and/or share such content on the Internet. All news content is provided, uploaded, streamed, and/or hosted by Content Owners, Platform Partners, and/or their respective agents or service providers. For clarification, okhealthcare will not be hosting, uploading, or streaming any news content on its servers or IT systems. okhealthcare will not exercise any control—physical, editorial, or digital—over the news content viewed by or provided to the user on the Platform. okhealthcare only provides users with an option and/or medium to access news content through the Platform, thereby enabling Content Providers and/or Platform Partners to disseminate their content. The news content on the Platform is directly uploaded or streamed by Platform Partners who utilize okhealthcare's communication platform, without any intervention from okhealthcare in the content procurement/uploading/streaming/transmission process. okhealthcare acts as an "intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder, with regard to the news content. As an intermediary, okhealthcare has no responsibility and/or liability for any news content on the Platform, including intellectual property rights infringement, defamation, obscenity, or any other violation under applicable law. 9. Regardless of whether the Content is Third Party Content or a okhealthcare Original, you are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and for viewing any Content. okhealthcare disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from viewing or relying on the Content. By hosting okhealthcare Originals on the Platform and allowing the hosting, uploading, or streaming of Third Party Content, okhealthcare does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the Content in any way. The Content provided on the Platform is for entertainment or informational purposes only. okhealthcare does not endorse the views, products, or services depicted or offered as part of the Content, nor does it take responsibility for the quality or features of the Content displayed on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all characters, themes, and events depicted in okhealthcare Originals are entirely fictitious, and any similarity to actual events or persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental, unintentional, or accidental. 10. Third Party Content will be accessible to you through various modes, including video-on-demand or live streaming, depending on the nature of the content and as decided by the Content Owners and/or Platform Partners. okhealthcare Originals will also be offered to you through different modes at the discretion of okhealthcare. You may choose to view any Content at your discretion and at a time of your choosing, by accepting these Terms and any additional terms related to such Content. 11. Please note that the availability of, and your ability to access, the Content or some parts of the Services:(a) is subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements between okhealthcare and the Content Owners and/or Platform Partners; and (b) may depend on factors such as your geographical location, Internet/data connectivity, and system capabilities or compatibility with the Platform.Not all Content or Services will be accessible to all users. Due to the nature of Internet/data connectivity and system compatibility, the Platform and its Services may be accessed from various geographical locations. By accessing the Platform and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk, choice, and initiative. During your okhealthcare membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Platform and view the Content. Apart from this grant, no right, title, or interest in any Content or the Platform shall be transferred to you. 16. We reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend it temporarily to safeguard our interests, the interests of Content Owners, or Platform Partners, in cases of actual, suspected, or probable theft, loss, damage, or other fraudulent activities. okhealthcare retains the right to immediately terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict your access or use of the Platform and/or the Services without notice or liability if okhealthcare determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached these Terms or the Privacy Policy; or (b) you have violated any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or (c) you have engaged in inappropriate or unlawful conduct; or (d) you have provided false or inaccurate information; or (e) for any other reason deemed appropriate by okhealthcare in its sole discretion. 17. Any use or reliance on Content or materials obtained through the Platform is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted on the Platform, nor do we endorse any opinions expressed via the Content. We reserve the right to remove any Content or user data that violates these Terms or applicable law, such as copyright or trademark violations, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment. Regarding Third Party Content, okhealthcare's role is strictly to provide a communication platform to Content Owners and/or Platform Partners. This platform facilitates the direct transmission of Third Party Content from these third parties to you. 19. Personal Information: We may utilize information such as device ID, location, or an account email address associated with an existing okhealthcare account to ascertain eligibility and any associated offers. We may share personal information solely with our corporate entities and Platform Partners for the purpose of enhancing customer services. 20. Service Interruptions: By using the Services, you consent to sharing your information with third parties unless you opt out specifically. You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" or "AS AVAILABLE" basis. okhealthcare makes no warranty or representation and disclaims all responsibility and liability for:(i) the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security, and reliability of any Content; (ii) any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of any Content; (iii) the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services; and (iv) whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained through the Services will create any warranty or representation not expressly made herein or therein. 23. Limitation of Liability:By using the Services, you agree that the liability of okhealthcare, its parents, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors, shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law. In no event shall okhealthcare, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, principals, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any Content, or for any other claim related in any way to your access to the Platform and/or use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content or information on the Platform, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services and/or reliance on any Content or information on the Platform. 24. Indemnification:You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless okhealthcare, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, partners (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees ("Indemnified Parties"), from and against any claim, demand, damages, obligations, penalty, losses, or actions (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party against the Indemnified Parties or imposed upon the Indemnified Parties. This indemnification is due to or arising out of:(a) your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and/or any other policies; (b) your violation of any applicable law, rules, or regulations; (c) your violation of the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party or okhealthcare; (d) unauthorized, improper, illegal, or wrongful use of your okhealthcare account, whether by you or by any person (including a third party), whether authorized or not authorized by you.This indemnification obligation will survive the expiry or termination of these Terms and/or your use of the Service. 25. Force Majeure:You agree that okhealthcare shall not be liable to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform and/or any Services, or any portion thereof, caused by factors beyond its control. Such factors may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, or any other cause beyond the control of okhealthcare. This also includes events caused by the failure or non-performance of Content Owners or Platform Partners. 26. Governing Laws:These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from your use of the Services or relating to these Terms shall be resolved under Indian law.Not with standing the above, you agree that: (i) okhealthcare may initiate proceedings in any court or forum of competent jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts or forums; (ii) Any legal proceedings initiated by you shall exclusively be brought before the courts in Patna, India. 27. Severability:If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered separate from the remaining provisions, which shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. 28. Amendments:We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically, without prior notice to you. This includes updating, revising, supplementing, and otherwise modifying these Terms, as well as introducing new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions governing your use of the Service.Any updates, revisions, supplements, modifications, and additional rules, policies, terms, and conditions will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend that you regularly review these Terms on the Platform for any updated terms.Your continued use of the Services and/or the Platform following such revisions will be deemed as your acceptance of all revised terms. 29. Entire Agreement:These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms or policies prescribed by okhealthcare from time to time constitute the entire agreement between you and okhealthcare. This agreement governs your use of or access to the Services and/or the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and okhealthcare regarding such use or access. 30. Survival:You acknowledge that certain provisions of these Terms will survive the termination of the agreement and the passage of time. Specifically, your representations, undertakings, warranties, and clauses related to indemnification, limitation of liability, grant of license, and governing law shall continue to be effective. This includes but is not limited to Clauses 22 to 30 of these Terms. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless okhealthcare, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, action, or penalty imposed by any third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
